The agreement
These terms govern your use of the Adhesive Design Studios ("ADS") website. By using this site, you agree to these terms. Project work itself is governed by the individual quote, scope of work and agreement for each engagement.
Our services
ADS provides graphics production coordination, installation and project management services across New York, New Jersey and the Tri-State area. Content on this website describes our capabilities generally; specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are defined in writing for each project.
Quote requests
Submitting a quote request does not create a contract. A project begins only when scope, pricing and schedule are agreed in writing. You confirm that you have the right to share any artwork you upload and that its use for your project is authorized.
Intellectual property
The ADS name, logo and website content are the property of Adhesive Design Studios. Client artwork remains the property of the client or its rights holders. Project photography on this site is from actual ADS installations and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADS is not liable for damages arising from use of this website. Liability for project work is defined in each project's written agreement.
